Single row full complement roller bearings

Single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large radial loads and axial loads in one direction. Axial positioning can be ensured by a similarly arranged similar bearing. NCF 29V and NCF 30V series bearings have two fixed ribs on the inner ring and one rib on the outer ring. They can only bear axial loads in the direction of the fixed ribs on the outer ring. The dimensional tolerance and geometric deviation of the full complement cylindrical roller bearing should conform to the GB / T307.1-94 (ISO492-1994) P0 tolerance level, and the normal original radial clearance CO can also be required to have C2 to C4 original radial Clearance bearing. However, the corresponding suffix should be added after the bearing code when ordering. Rubber and plastic screw extruder generally chooses C3 group clearance. Fitting tolerance can refer to the selection principle of bearing seat tolerance and the principle of shaft tolerance limit selection. The bearing allows a certain axial load.
