1. Positioning of bearing inner ring

When the bearing inner ring is installed on the shaft, the bearing position is generally fixed on one side by the shaft shoulder, while the other side is fixed with nuts, stop washers or spring ring. The dimensions of the contact part between the shaft shoulder and the axial fixing parts and the inner ring of the bearing can be determined according to the mounting dimensions of all kinds of bearings listed in the bearing size table.

(1) Nut positioning

In the case of high bearing speed and large axial load, the end face of the nut and bearing inner ring in contact should be perpendicular to the rotating centerline of the shaft. Otherwise, even if the nut is tightened, the installation position of the bearing and the normal working state of the bearing will be destroyed, and the rotating accuracy and service life of the bearing will be reduced. Especially when the match between the inner hole of the bearing and the shaft is loose, it is more necessary to strictly control it.

In order to prevent the nut from loosening in the process of rotation, appropriate technical measures should be taken to prevent loosening. 2. Positioning of bearing outer ring

When the outer ring of the bearing is installed in the shell hole, the inner side of the outer shell-hole is generally occupied by the shoulder fixed bearing position, and the other side is positioned by the end cover, threaded ring and elastic ring of the hole. (1) end cover positioning

(3) Positioning of the elastic ring

This positioning method occupies a small axial position, convenient installation and disassembly, simple manufacturing, suitable for bearing a small axial load. An adjustment ring is added between the bearing and the spring to facilitate the adjustment of the axial position.
