Cause: The eccentricity of the workpiece is too small, resulting in unstable rotation of the workpiece, large radial circle runout, the center of grindstone swing and the center of curvature of the workpiece raceway do not coincide, there is debris on the end face supporting surface when the workpiece is positioned, causing the end face to move axially The momentum is too large, the geometric accuracy of the grinding process is not good, and the workpiece has been repaired many times.


(7) Poor roundness and waviness


Cause:

a. The workpiece eccentricity is too small;

b. The speed of the fine and super finishing workpiece is too large, causing the machine tool to vibrate;

c. The width of the grindstone is not enough and the wrap angle is too small;

d. When the roller is positioned, the supporting angle is too small to drive the ferrule to rotate normally;

e. The roundness and ripple of the grinding process are too large.
