WSBC bearing accuracy

In most cases, it is sufficient to use rolling bearings of general dimensions and rotational accuracy. When the requirements are higher, WSBC bearings require a higher level of accuracy.

Non-neutral compensation

Misalignment occurs when machining the mating surface of the journal or the mating surface of the bearing seat, especially the processing of the mating surface is not completed in one clamping. Misalignment can also occur when using bearing housings. When the bearing is bent and deformed due to the working load, and the inner and outer rings of the bearing are inclined, misalignment will also occur.

Rotating speed

The friction of single-row bearings is particularly low, so the highest speed can be achieved.

Small motors, office equipment and household motors generally require low operating noise.

Conical hole

Bearings with conical holes can be mounted directly on conical journals. When installing such bearings, the given radial clearance can be adjusted. Most self-aligning ball bearings, drum roller bearings and spherical roller bearings with conical holes can be mounted on cylindrical journals via an adapter sleeve. This type of bearing is particularly easy to install and remove.

Stiffness

The stiffness of WSBC bearings usually refers to the force required for a certain elastic deformation of the bearing. The bearings on the airport main shaft and pinion bearings require high rigidity. Due to the different contact conditions of the rolling elements and the raceway, the stiffness of the roller bearing is higher than that of the ball bearing.

WSBC bearing's own length compensation

The structure that supports a shaft and a bearing is usually a combination of a fixed bearing and a floating bearing. Traveling bearings compensate for shaft length errors and thermal expansion.

Separable bearings (accuracy)

This is a kind of bearing that the rings can be installed separately. When both rings are tightly fitted, the advantages are very prominent. Separable bearings include four-point contact ball bearings, double row angular contact ball bearings with double inner rings, cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, thrust ball bearings, thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust spherical roller bearings.
