Various types and structures tapered roller bearings have similar installation method.We will take the four row tapered roller bearing as a example to introduce the installation of tapered roller bearing.
 
First,install the tapered roller bearing into the bearing box,then install the bearing box into the shaft.The four row tapered roller bearing outer ring and the bearing box are installed in the dynamic form,and the outer ring is loaded into the bearing box.Tapered roller bearings are printed with marks on the outer ring,inner ring and inner and outer spacer when they are out of the factory.When installing, they must be loaded into the bearing box in sequence according to the arrangement order of marks symbols.After all the parts are loaded into the bearing box,then tighten axially between the inner ring and the inner spacer,the outer ring and the outer spacer.

Tapered roller bearings are mainly used in automobile, mine, metallurgy, plastic machinery,rolling mill and other industries.
