The difference between refurbished bearings and good bearings:

2. See if the bearing surface accuracy is smooth. The refurbished bearings are rough.

3. Rotate the bearing by hand to rotate the bearing unevenly.

4. Watch the clearance between the cage and rolling elements. The clearance between the refurbished bearings is larger than the normal clearance.

5. Depending on the size of the bead refurbished bearing, the size of the bead will also be worn and deformed.

6. Looking at the slideway, the refurbished bearing slideway has irregular wear and deformation.

Good ways to identify refurbished bearings:
1. Refurbished bearings are generally limited by the technology and equipment of small bearing manufacturers, so the bearing precision is low, the surface of the bearing is rough, the size of the chamfer is uneven, and some have black skin and pitting.

2. The materials used for some low-quality bearings are ordinary steel, carbon steel, malleable steel, and iron pipes. The appearance of these materials is mostly white, and the color of special bearing steel is green. But just by looking at the color, we can't completely conclude that we still need hardness. Ordinary steel has low hardness.

3. Some small manufacturers have simple dipping technology, the bearings are unevenly heated, and there will be slight deformation.

4. Turn the bearing to see if the bearing rotates evenly and if the sound is continuous without noise.

5. Looking at the cage, the bearing cages of regular manufacturers are regular and free of burrs. The riveted bearing cages have the same size of rivet pier heads, and the processing technology and equipment of informal manufacturers are simple, so the cages are rough, and some riveted cages are unevenly divided. With or against the deviation, the size of the rivet head varies or the deviation is riveting.

6. Looking at the packaging, the packaging of the regular manufacturers is the same, the fonts on the packaging are clear, and the packaging of some counterfeit bearings is inconsistent or simple and irregular.

7. Looking at the bearing end face font, the original bearing is very clear and uniform regardless of the steel or laser font. The laser font has a certain depth. 9. Some imported bearings are different from domestic ones in anti-rust oil. Imported bearings are not without anti-rust agent but can not see traces.
