Several Factors Affecting The Temperature Of Cylindrical Roller Bearing

Because the bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly can easily damage the bearing channel, resulting in bearing damage. Cylindrical roller bearings cannot be knocked at random during assembly. They can only be stressed by small rings when pressed into the shaft, and only by large rings when pressed by large rings. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required during assembly, and the upper and lower molds should be outside the horizontal state during press-fitting. If tilted, the bearing channel will be damaged due to force, and the bearing will be induced.

What should be done when the temperature of cylindrical roller bearings rises?

When the bearing temperature rises, first determine whether it has been misused. If it does rise, it should be treated as follows:

1. Check whether the oil level of the oil standard is normal. If it is abnormal, check whether the oil drain valve of the oil tank is tightly closed. If it is tightly closed, oil should be replenished. If the sealant is oily, it should be shut down for treatment.

2. Take an oil sample and observe whether the oil color has changed, and conduct a test to see if it has deteriorated. If the deterioration is confirmed, it should be stopped and replaced with new oil.

3. Check whether there is any abnormal noise in the bearing, and check whether the bearing swing is abnormal.

4. The oil pressure of the governor should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.

5. Check the cooling water pressure, water flow and piping system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be that the filter is clogged. If it cannot be processed in time, it can be stopped for processing. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use again.

Reasons for temperature increase of cylindrical roller bearings

1. The oil quality of the bearing may be degraded, the oil itself is not clean, or the oil is degraded during operation. For example, increased moisture in the oil will cause the acidity of the oil to increase, which will reduce the lubricating effect of the oil and cause the bearing bush to be corroded, causing the bearing temperature to rise high.

2. It may be caused by the interruption of the cooling water of the bearing.
